There were rumors around the hay bale that Rain was a little jealous that Lazzy and Cat had fancy turquoise headstalls and she had a hand-me-down bosal...
So,what else was I to do but put together a proper set up for Mizz Rain?
The turquoise conchos could be bigger, but there are more on the futurity knot brow band, so she's all happy now :-)

ReplyDeleteThank you! I got all the parts on eBay and designed Rain's myself. I got lucky that the rawhide on the bridle matched the bosal. Fiador's aren't easy to come by, and this one's pretty snazzy, it's braided by Jose Ortiz. The real score was the turquoise bridle and I just swapped out the throatlatch for the fiador. Add a few horsehair tassels--and ba-da-bing!

Wow, pieced together off e-bay! That's amazing... it really looks stunning and I love the fiador. She is such a snazzy gal with such snazzy head gear - they all are! :D Thanks for the info!
